Resumen de El nominalisme en metafísica

Gonzalo Rodríguez-Pereyra, Sergi Rosell (trad.), Pablo Rychter (dir.)

  • Nominalism comes in at least two varieties. One of them involves the rejection of abstract objects, and the other involves the rejection of universals. The two varieties of nominalism are independent from each other and either can be consistently held without the other. However, both varieties share some common motivations and arguments. This article surveys nominalistic theories of both varieties.
