Hacia un nuevo proyecto de Tutoría Universitaria en el Espacio Europeo De Educación Superior

    Parece necesario mejorar la función tutorial en la educación universitaria, de forma que la tutoría tenga un papel claro y satisfactorio tanto para el profesorado como para el alumnado. El objetivo es construir un modelo de tutoría universitaria personalizada, integrado en el contexto y las características del alumnado universitario, y adaptado a las características concretas de cada centro universitario. Pretendemos realizar una sistematización de sus virtudes para implementar un Plan de Acción Tutorial (PAT).

    Para ello, es necesario un cambio en la consideración y efectividad de la tutoría. Este cambio debería estar impulsado de manera institucional. La tutoría es considerada como una estrategia básica para la orientación, la individualización y el seguimiento del aprendizaje de los estudiantes en cualquier modelo, pero lo es aún más cuando se proponen metodologías que otorguen mayor autonomía al alumnado universitario.

    Mejora la imagen pública y la proyección externa de la universidad y dota al alumnado de estímulos para el desarrollo de la reflex ión y la autonomía en el ámbito académico.

    Presentamos las características básicas para la construcción y el desarrollo de un PAT que recoja las aportaciones teórico-prácticas anteriores en el marco de los requerimientos del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES). La función tutorial se plantea como una competencia profesional y como una estrategia docente del profesorado universitario

    It is necessary to improve the tutorshiping function in the Higer Education in order to obtain a way that the tutoring can have a clear and satisfactory role of the tutorial as for the teacher staff as for the students. This project is aimed the target is to set up build a personalized tutoring model integrated into the context and with university students features as well as fitted the specific characteristics of every University. We attempt pretend to carry out make a classification systematization of its benefits strong points in order to implement a Tutorial Action Plan. This changes of the tutorship�s effectiveness and consideration is needed and it should be promoted by the universities themselves.

    The tutorship is considered as a basic strategy for any model of the students� learning students ? guidance, individualization and monitoring. However, it is even more important pursuit of learning in any model.Yet this is even more apparent when we attempt methodologies that promote give the students more learner autonomy are suggested. It improv es the public image and the external projection to the university and it bring students stimuli for development of their reflection and their autonomy in the academic context.

    We present the main basic features characteristics needed to the drawing up construction and the development of a Tutorial Action Plan, which includes all the theoretical-practical contributions required by the European Higer Education Area (EHEA), are presented in this article. Guardianship action programme the collect all the theoretical-practical provisions that are in the framework of the request of the European of the Higer Education Area. Tutoring is considered seen by university teachers as a University teachers� professional competence as well as a teaching strategy.
