The essay seeks to point out the main issues that led political and cultural history during Latin American last 20 years. With an integrating point of view, this text gathers economic and politic themes in order to describe great culture figures within the period. The coming of new information and communication technologies, the rise of new great accounts such as globalization, multiculturalism and so on are related to politics that have not to do with traditional nation state limits, that provoked nationalism, and are concerned to improve cosmopolitics measures.
