    El Plan Nacional de I+D encara el último año de su segunda fase (1992-1995). Desde su creación, en 1988, el Plan ha cumplido de forma satisfactoria la función encomendada por la Ley de la Ciencia respecto a su papel como instrumento de fomento, planificación y coordinación de la investigación española, y de articulación del sistema ciencia-tecnología-industria.

    The National R&D Plan is facing the last year of its second phase (1992-1995). Since it was set up in 1988, the Plan has satisfactorily performed the function entrusted to it by the Laww on Science in respect of its role as an instrument for fostering, planning and coordinating Spanish research and for structuring the scientific, technological and industrial system.
