Resumen de Imperialismo e corporativismo sindical: sindicato dos trabalhadores em educação ou apêndice do Estado?

  This paper aims to report the results of a scientific research of the project Bureaucratic Capitalism, Educational Policy and Power Relations in Schools in Rondônia, Brazil, which unfolded in the subproject: Aspects of Bureaucratic Capitalism in Education: Corporatism Association and Fight for Democratic Management in Public School. In the analysis and interpretation of data the methodology used was the dialectical-historical materialism that allowed us to understand the whole phenomenon. From the issue of semifeudal system of teaching and action of the colonels in the relations established in the school environment, we emphasize the importance of the performance of the Union of Education Workers of Rondonia state in relation to the representation of a class of corporatism and presenting it as an appendix of the state.

  Este artigo tem como objetivo relatar os resultados de uma pesquisa cientifica do projeto Capitalismo Burocrático, Políticas Educacionais e Relações de Poder na Educação Escolar em Rondônia no qual se desdobrou no subprojeto: Aspectos do Capitalismo Burocrático na Educação: Corporativismo Sindical e a Luta Pela Gestão Democrática da Escola Pública. Na análise e interpretação dos dados foi utilizada a metodologia do materialismo histórico-dialético que nos permitiu compreender a totalidade do fenômeno. A partir da problemática da semifeudalidade do trabalho docente e da ação do coronelismo nas relações estabelecidas no ambiente escolar, enfatizamos a importância da atuação do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do estado de Rondônia em relação à representação de sua classe e do corporativismo que o apresenta como um apêndice do Estado.
