    In this work show the presence of emerging coherentist justification in the theory of justice as fairness. With this intention, and to facilitate the development of this theme, listed as parameters Rawlsian two notions: (1) the original position and (2) reflective equilibrium.

    Neste trabalho mostraremos a presença da justificação coerentista emergente na teoria da justiça como eqüidade. Com esta intenção, e para facilitar o desenvolvimento desse tema, elencamos como parâmetros duas noções rawlsianas: (1) a posição original e (2) o equilíbrio reflexivo.
