O objetivo aqui é entender a afirmação que se encontra no livro de Rawls o O Liberalismo Político, em sua conferência III, onde Rawls afirma: “... não me preocupo em defender Kant dessa critica (crítica de Schopenhauer a filosofia kantiana), mas em observar por que a objeção equivalente feita à justiça como eqüidade é incorreta...”.
