  • In this work we have ordered the processes of valuation logically, modelation, revision and reinforcement of a structure in collapse, which was necessary to put into operation in a brief term to impede lost high to the country from the economic and social point of view, applied to the case of the railroad bridge, concretely Dubrocq, that is in the access brunch to the port of Matanzas.

    For this is carried out it a structural analysis subdividing the structure in their component parts, the acting loads are analyzed and starting from these the failure systems are evaluated. In a similar way the works are ordered assisting to the sequence that should be continued to avoid new collapses.

    In a same way it has been documented methodologies for, with available resources in the county to carry out load tests that they allow to put into operation structures of high level of structural responsibility with a high grade of dependability and security.
