O dereito á vida é un dos dereitos fundamentais recoñecidos na Constitución española. Este artigo tentará analizar o seu marco legal, comezando polo seu contido, continuando coa cuestión dos seus suxeitos e, finalmente, rematando coa controversia acerca dos seus límites.

Right to life is one of the different fundamental rights which are recognised by our Constitution. This paper will try to analyse its framework, starting by its content, then dealing with the question of subjects, and, finally, ending with the controversy of its limits.
