  • Resumen
    • The article discusses military robotics, with a particular focus on U.S. investment in robotics research and development. It is suggested that as robotics technologies become more widely accessible, the U.S. military must sustain heavy levels of investment in the development of new technologies in order to avoid falling behind other nations. Details on the relationship between commercial and military robotics are presented. According to the author, resistance to change may also be affecting the military's acceptance of unmanned systems. Drones and the use of robotics by terrorists are also discussed.
