    This article raises a current situation of the transformations affecting the national customs politics. It shows how the State gave up largely its decision-making power on the subject but competent rest to manage in a effective way the customs system, in the executive restricted by the constitutional law, by the international law and by the law of the European Union

    Cet article dresse un état des lieux des transformations affectant la politique douanière nationale. Il montre cormment l'État a renoncé en grande partie à son pouvoir de décision en la matière mais reste compétent pour gérer de manière efficace le système douanier, dans le cadre restreint du droit constitutionnel, du droit international et du droit de l'Union européenne.
