In this present work, it is revised the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic behaviors of cyclosporine, with the purpose of justifying the clinical importance of its pharmacological interactions on patients with renal transplant. Likewise, they are gathered the responsible mechanisms for the different types of interactions and the recently used criteria, in the dosage adjustment of cyclosporine, whenever any of these situations is presented
