    Este artículo investigativo se centra en el análisis y el diseño de una estrategia didáctica en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, que involucre el trabajo en equipo con estudiantes de noveno grado de básica secundaria, en la Institución Educativa Departamental de Palmira en el Municipio de Puebloviejo - Magdalena. Su importancia radica, en que su aplicación, además de favorecer el aprendizaje del trabajo en equipo promueve en los estudiantes conductas solidarias, participación autónoma, crecimiento intelectual, socioafectivo, y la creatividad, elementos importantes para el aprendizaje propio y colaborativo, dinamizado y mediado por el uso de tecnologías. Investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, utilizaron métodos de investigación empíricos y estadísticos. Las técnicas e instrumentos: dos encuestas tipo Likert para medir la actitud de los estudiantes frente al trabajo en equipo y recoger información sobre las estrategias utilizadas por los docentes para promoverlo en el aula. Los diagnósticos mostraron la actitud desfavorable de los estudiantes frente a esta forma de trabajo y la escasa aplicación de estrategias innovadoras de los docentes para fomentarlo, limitándose a la aplicación de simples trabajos grupales. Al implementar el tratamiento a una muestra de 35 estudiantes de la Institución mencionada, consistente en una estrategia didáctica que incluía producción de videos, basada en los principios del Coaching Educativo y en teorías del trabajo colaborativo, en especial la de Bonals, se obtuvo como como resultado el favorecimiento del aprendizaje para trabajar en equipo en los estudiantes

    The present investigation is centered in the process of teaching and learning of the team work in students of ninth grade of the Institution Educative Departamental of Palmira of the Municipality of Puebloviejo, Magdalena. This research study is justified in the measure its application is to promote learning of teamwork in students, also of build camaraderie, spirit of cooperation, autonomous participation, healthy competition, socialization strategies, the commitment not only for itself but the learning of others and use of tecnologís. The paradigm is analytical empirical, with methods of investigation were used theoretical, empirical and statistical. The technical and tools for collect information are: inquest type Likert for measure the attitude of students front to the team work and collect information on the strategies used to the teachers for promote the team work in the classroom. The results show the unfavorable attitude of students front to the team work and the little application of innovative strategies of teachers for promote, limited to the application of simple works in group. It justifies the design and implementation of a didactic strategy that favors the learning of team work, in the students, through of educative video productions, where each of its stages (pre-productión, realization y post productión) are supported in Collaborative Learning Techniques.
