Resumen de La novela negra europea contemporánea: una aproximación panorámica

El artículo estudia las características de la novela negra europea. Para ello, además de explicar sus principales rasgos temáticos y formales, se centra en su desarrollo diacrónico, en sus autores fundacionales y en sus variantes. De este modo, el artículo reflexiona sobre el papel de la unidad y la diversidad de la novela negra como elemento de identidad cultural continental.

The aim of this contribution is to study the formal and topical characteristics of the European crime stories. In addition, the paper shows the evolution of crime fiction in Europe, with attention to the relevant writers during 20th century. In this way, the paper thinks about the unity and diversity of European crimen fiction and his value as instrument of continental cultural identity.
