Ménière's syndrome is an inner ear disorder that is characterized by an increased amount of the inner ear fluid causing clinical triad consisting of tinnitus, hearing loss, and vertigo.
This study describes the evolution of four patients undergoing ménière's syndrome treated with adalimumab 40 mg subcutaneously every two weeks after failure with available therapeutic options. Of the four treated patients and assessing both hearing loss and vertigos, two patients showed improvement after one year of treatment with adalimumab, another patient obtained no response and the latter showed good response at six months but could not be completely assessed because he continues on treatment currently.
