¿Qué sujeto de aprendizaje?: Recuperar el pasado para pensar la intervención psicopedagógica

    El presente trabajo se desprende del análisis documental realizado en el marco de un Seminario de Maestría en Educación que permitió acceder a información sobre el origen de las prácticas Psicopedagógicas. Si bien la asignatura �Psicopedagogía� integraba los planes de estudio de la carrera de magisterio en la década de los 50, -tal vez por la influencia de las ideas de Víctor Mercante-, la primera intervención específica la constituyen �Las misiones Psicopedagógicas� que especialistas de la Universidad Nacional del Sur realizaron en toda la región, destinada a brindar asesoramiento y orientación psicopedagógica a profesores y relevar el nivel socio-económico y mental de la población. Otro hecho significativo lo constituye la creación en el año 1960 del �Instituto de Capacitación Docente para Escuelas Hogares� cuyo plan de estudios de dos años tenía como principales materias: Psicometría, Psicopedagogía, Pedagogía Diferenciada, Psicología clínica entre otras. Dependiendo de este Instituto se crean en 1962 los �Gabinetes Psico Médico Pedagógico� para docentes de las Escuelas Hogares, a los efectos de realizar estudios, diagnósticos y recomendar tratamientos que demandaran dichas escuelas. Nos preguntamos ¿Qué dificultades entrañaba la enseñanza en estas instituciones que requería de estos dispositivos? ¿Qué características particulares poseían estos grupos culturales que requerían de estudios específicos y de profesionales especializados en virtud de que no eran permeables a la acción de la escuela? Conviene estar advertidos de estos orígenes que -con otros escenarios y ropajes diferentes-, pueden hacernos perder el sentido de nuestra intervención.

    The present work comes off of the documental analysis carried out in the mark of a Seminar of Master in Education that allowed to consent to information on the origin of practical Psicopedagógicas. While the subject "Educational Psychology" was integrated into the curriculum of the career of teaching in the ' 50s, -perhaps because of the influence of the ideas of Victor merchant-, the first intervention specifies the constitute the "missions Psychology" that experts from the National University of the South were conducted throughout the region, which is designed to provide advice and guidance to educational psychology professors and relieve the socio-economic level and mental well-being of the population. Another significant fact constitutes it the creation in the year 1960 of the "Institute of Educational Qualification for Schools Homes" whose plan of two year-old studies had as main matters: Psicometría, Psicopedagogía, Differentiated Pedagogy, and clinical Psychology among other. Depending on this Institute is believed in 1962 the "Cabinets Psico Pedagogic" Doctor for educational of the Schools Homes, to the effects of carrying out studies, diagnoses and to recommend treatments that demanded these schools: Psicometría, Psicopedagogía, Differentiated Pedagogy, and clinical Psychology among other. Depending on this Institute is believed in 1962 the "Cabinets Psico Pedagogic" Doctor for educational of the Schools Homes, to the effects of carrying out studies, diagnoses and to recommend treatments that demanded these schools. We wonder what are the difficulties involved in the education in these institutions, which required of these devices? What particular characteristics possessed these cultural groups requiring specific studies and specialized professionals in virtue of which were not permeable to the action of the school? Be warned of these origins that -with other scenarios and different costumes-, can make us lose the sense of our intervention.
