  The present study aimed to demonstrate through the learning curve with the aid of the statistical method of bootstrap simulation, the influences that the production yield may suffer, presented here as a cause physical exhaustion and fatigue resulting from carrying out activities of a repetitive . Methodology was observed the process of assembling a jigsaw puzzle 100 pieces, simulating an eight hours of work, which was performed 24 complete assemblies. In analyzing the results, they found themselves oscillations after the learning period, the average time of assembly, which consumed more time in the process, thus resulting in physical exhaustion from long hours in the execution of the same task. This consumption longer generates the assembly operation, delays and higher costs for the company, both production personnel, and incidents that may occur due to the physical and mental condition of the employee.

  O presente estudo teve por objetivo demonstrar por meio da curva de aprendizagem com auxílio do método estatístico de simulação bootstrap, as influências que o rendimento produtivo pode sofrer, aqui apresentados como causa o cansaço físico e a fadiga resultante da realização de atividades de caráter repetitivo. Como método foi observado o processo de montagem de um quebra-cabeça de 100 peças, simulando uma jornada de oito horas de trabalho, onde foram realizadas 24 montagens completas. Na análise dos resultados, constataram-se oscilações após o período de aprendizagem, no tempo médio de montagem, o que consumiu mais tempo no processo, consequentemente resultantes do cansaço físico de longas horas na execução de uma mesma tarefa. Este consumo de maior tempo gera na operação de montagem, atrasos e maiores custos para a empresa, tanto de produção como de pessoal, além de incidentes que podem ocorrer devido ao estado físico e mental do funcionário.
