    El cambio de siglo y el paso de los años traen consigo una transformación sanitaria hasta ahora impensable para personas como MCJ. MCJ es una mujer de 79 años que nos relata cómo fue intervenida de apendicectomía en el año 1965 en un antiguo Hospital de Córdoba, los cuidados que recibió y los días que pasó ingresada en el mismo. Para ella es impensable el giro que ha dado hoy día esa misma intervención. Como ella misma nos dice: "Cambió el siglo y con él sus cuidados".

    The turn of the century and the passage of time bring a transformation in the healthcare of people, hitherto unthinkable for people like MCJ. MCJ is a woman of 79 years old who reports how she underwent an appendectomy in 1965 in an old Hospital in Cordoba, the type of healthcare she received and the days she spent in hospital. For her, it is unbelievable the differences found nowadays when undergoing the same type of surgery. As MCJ says, "It turned the century and also the healthcare".
