ESTA SECCIÓN PRESENTA UNA VISIÓN GENERAL DE LOS PROYECTOS MÁS DESTACABLES llevados a cabo en el ámbito de las Ayudas Técnicas por el Instituto de Biomecánica de Valencia (IBV) durante los últimos años. Se señala de manera especial la importancia de la participación del usuario en el desarrollo y validación de las tecnologías de apoyo.

This article gives a brief review of the RTD activities being carried out at the Technical Aids Section of the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia (IBV) in the field of disability. Special emphasis was given to the implication of the end user in the development and valuation of products in the field of assistive technology.
