La reforma de la Ley de Dependencia: repercusión en el Principado de Asturias

    El 13 de julio de 2012 el Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad publica en el Boletín Oficial del Estado una nueva resolución respecto a la Ley de Dependencia que modificará sustanciosamente dicha ley en lo posterior: «Resolución de 13 de Julio de 2012, de la Secretaría de Estado de Servicios Sociales e Igualdad, por la que se publica el Acuerdo del Consejo Territorial del Sistema para la Autonomía y Atención a la Dependencia para la mejora del sistema para la autonomía y atención a la dependencia�. El propósito de esta investigación es analizar la aplicación de los principios de la Ley de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal y Atención a las personas en situación de dependencia en España y más concretamente en el Principado de Asturias. La tipología elegida para este estudio es la investigación documental.

    On July 13, 2012 the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality publishes in the Official Bulletin of the State a new resolution with regard to the Law of Dependence that will modify the above mentioned law in the future: « Resolution of July 13, 2012, of the Secretariat of State of Social Services and Equality, by which is published the Agreement of the Territorial Advice of the System for the Autonomy and Attention to the Dependence for the improvement of the system for the autonomy and attention to the dependence ". The intention of this investigation is to analyze the application of the Law of Promotion of the Personal Autonomy and Attention to the persons in situation of dependence in Spain and more concretely in Asturias. The typology chosen for this study is a documentary investigation.
