    Cyanus tabrizianus Ranjbar & Negaresh (Asteraceae), a new species from East Azerbaijan Province in NW Iran, is described and illustrated. The new species is closely and mainly related to Cyanus cheiranthifolius (Willd.) Soják, but differs from it by the habit, the stem leaves, the upper stem leaf apex, and the involucres.

    Cyanus tabrizianus Ranjbar & Negaresh (Asteraceae), une nouvelle espèce de la Province Est de l'Azerbaijan dans le NO de l'Iran, est décrite et illustrée. La nouvelle espèce est proche principalement de Cyanus cheiranthifolius (Willd.) Soják, mais en diffère par le port, les feuilles de la tige, l'apex foliaire des feuilles du haut de la tige et les involucres.
