Results of the second Catalan Moth Nights (CMN), organized by the Societat Catalana de Lepidopterologia and held on the nights of 1-3 July 2005, are presented. A total of 34 lepidopterists took part in the event, returning data from 22 «comarques» and 70 localities over much of Catalonia. Data of 8.616 specimens of 676 species were recorded. Among these, Ancylis laetana (Fabricius, 1775), Elegia similella (Zincken, 1818) and Eugraphe sigma ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775) are recorded for the first time in the Iberian Peninsula, and Placodoma ragonoti (Rebel, 1901) and Aethes fennicana adelaidae (Toll, 1955) are new to the Catalan fauna.
Es presenten els resultats de les segones Nits de les Papallones (Catalan Moth, Nights, CMN), organizades per la Societat Catalana de Lepidopterologia i celebrades les nits de l'1 al 3 de juliol de 2995. En total hi van participar 34 lepidopterolegs, que van recercar en 22 omarques i 70 localitats distribuides per la major part de Catalunya. Es van recollir dades d'uns 8.616 exemplars de 676 espècies. Entre totes cal remarcar Ancylis laetat (Fabricius, 1775), Elegia similella (Zincken 1818) i Eugraphe sigam (Denis & Schiffermüller), 1975, que resulten noves per a la fauna ibérica, i Placodoma ragonoti (Rebel, 1901) i Aethes fennicana adelaidae (Toll, 1955), que són noves per a la fauna catalana.
