  • The article reports on Monterrey, Mexico's and the Mexican state Nuevo León's promotion of nine industrial clusters including nanotechnology, automotive, and specialized medical services as of November 2013. The article mentions a technology park that includes multinational corporations as well as U.S. and Mexican universities. It also notes the Nuevo León Clusters Council's function according to its president Hugo Lara and cluster members Fernando Turner Davil and Federico Toussaint.
