Resumen de Valores hematológicos de cabras criollas en dos estados fisiológicos reproductivos

  La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los valores hematológicos de cabras criollas en dos estados fisiológicos reproductivos en el Centro Experimental Agropecuario – Virú de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.  Se realizó análisis de sangre de 24 cabras de 3 a 4 años de edad, realizándose para ello dos tomas de muestras con un mes de diferencia entre ambas. Se evaluaron las series eritrocitarias, leucocitarias y las constantes corpusculares. Para el análisis de datos se emplearon los estadísticos descriptivos y la prueba t de Student. Los resultados de la primera toma de muestras de sangre para cabras gestantes y no gestantes mostraron diferencias estadísticas significativas (p < 0,05) en Hto, Hb y GR. Los resultados de la segunda toma de muestras no mostraron diferencias estadísticas significativas (p > 0,05), sin embargo, hubo aparición de cuadros anémicos en todas las cabras. Se concluye que los valores hematológicos de cabras criollas varían en función de su estado fisiológico reproductivo.

  The present study aimed to determine the hematological values of creole goats in two reproductive physiological states in the Agricultural Experimental Center – Virú of the National University of Trujillo. It was performed the blood analysis of 24 goats of 3-4 years old, was made for this, two samplings, with one month of difference between the two. Were evaluated the erythrocyte series, leukocyte and corpuscular constants. For data analysis was used descriptive statistics and Student t test. The results of the first sampling of blood for pregnant and non-pregnant goats were showing significant statistically differences (p < 0.05) in Ht, Hb and RBCs. The results of the second sampling no showed significant statistically differences (p > 0.05); however, was there appearance of tables anemic in all goats. It concludes that hematological values of native goats vary according to their reproductive physiological states. DOI: 10.17268/sci.agropecu.2013.04.02
