Four bird rings were found inside Common Genet excrements ut Ca I'Arenes, in the Corredor Hills of Catalunya (NE Spain). The birds were a Robin Erithacus rubecula, a Chiffchaff Phylloscopus collybita, a Long-tailed Tit Aegithalos caudatus and a Greenfinch Carduelis chloris. The analysis of genet faeces, which are relatively easy to find, given the species' habit of using latrines on large stones, can give some information about predation on ringed birds.
