  • The article discusses the numerous economic and political challenges confronting Mali. Topics covered include the challenges of ethnicity, terrorism, and secession. Also mentioned are the proneness of Africa to military coups, the successful intervention supported by the United Nations (UN), and the challenges of good governance and poverty.
