  • Resumen
    • The scars defining the Gebra valley reflects important instability processes, but the recent evolution of the valley is controlled by glaciomarine processes. The occurrence of instability processes through the valley points out the Gebra valley as a corridor for mass transport, or a debris-valley, from upslope to deep basin areas. The instability features are the dominant processes in the Gebra valley area which are characterized basically by the presence of scars, scarps, slides, turbidites, and mass-transport deposits.
