Una de las materias que se ha visto afectada por la reforma que lleva a cabo la Ley 361201 1, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de laJurisdicción Social, es la correspondiente a las modalidades procesales, y entre ellas, la regulación de las impugnaciones contra decisiones empresariales recogidas en la Sección 4, del Capítulo V, del Título lI, del Libro lI. Y precisamente, este es el objeto de este trabajo, el estudio del artículo 138 Ley 3612011, que corresponde entre otras materias a la acción individual prevista para la impugnación por parte de los trabajadores de las decisiones empresariales sobre movilidad geográfica entre las que se encuentran los desplazamientos.

Onc of the matters that has been affected by the amendment carried out by the Law 3612011, of October 10th, which regulates the Social Jurisdiction, is the corresponding to the procedural modalities, and among them, the regulation of the appeals against the business decisions gathered in the Section 4, Chapter V, of the Title 11, ofthe Book n.
