  • The article looks at trends and changes in the accounting profession and at the role of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), as of 2014. It discusses issues in the profession including the question of adopting international accounting standards in the U.S. and concerns about accounting education, and notes activities of the IMA related to each issue.
