    El testamento otorgado por más de una persona �pluripersonal o mancomunado� es una institución tradicional del Derecho civil aragonés, aunque también está documentada su práctica en todo el Reino de España hasta que lo prohibiera el Código civil a finales del siglo XIX. Este trabajo analiza la naturaleza y características más relevantes del testamento mancomunado y en particular su regulación en el Derecho histórico de Aragón y en el actual, en el que continúa plenamente vigente, con especial atención a sus problemas más relevantes, entre los que merecen cita expresa en este lugar los que suscita la distinta vecindad de los testadores, la naturaleza y régimen de las disposiciones de los otorgantes recíprocamente vinculadas �correspectivas� y la revocación por uno solo de los testadores de su testamento otorgado en forma mancomunada.

    Wills granted by more than one person �multi-personal or joint wills� are a traditional institution in civil Aragonese Law, although granting of these types of wills is documented in all of the Kingdom of Spain until it was prohibited by the Civil Code at the end of the 19th Century. This document analyses the nature and more relevant characteristics of the joint will and in particular its regulation in the historical Law of Aragón and in current Law, where it is still in force, focusing on its more relevant problems. The problems that deserve special mention are the ones related to the different vicinities of the grantors, the nature and regime of the provisions of the grantors that are reciprocally linked �co-respective� and the revocation by only one of the testators of the will granted in a joint manner.
