Resumen de Cambio de época: oportunidades y desafíos.
The present "change of epoch" requires Christians generally, and consecrted persons particularly, to take up an attitude of faith and an availability for a dialogue capable of identifying both the challenges and the opportunities that are present in this context. In deciphering the present moment, Christians generally, and the consecrated particularly, are to go forward fearlessly, aware that it is a time of grace, of purification and of conversion. In the face of the moral collapse that may be in evidence, there is need to recover ethics, to invest in solid formation, and to emphasise making a fundamental choice apt to internalise values and, at the same time, to nourish attitudes and models of acting. It is not, however, a matter of condemning the new realities, but of understanding them, supportively and acceptingly, with a spirit of openness, a capacity for dialogue and indispensable ethical grounding.
