    Históricamente, las prótesis sobre implantes se habían realizado roscando las restauraciones a los pilares protéticos, pero en los últimos tiempos se observa una tendencia creciente a cementarlas. Hemos realizado una revisión de la bibliografía existente para intentar discernir las ventajas e inconvenientes de ambos sistemas.

    Historically, prostheses on implants had been carried out by screwing the restorations down to the prosthetic pillars. However, there has been a tendency to cement them in recent times. A revision of the existing literature has been completed so that the pros & cons of both systems can be analysed.
