    Aunque todos sabemos como reaccionar ante un traumatismo en la zona anterior de los maxilares con avulsión de algún diente natural, queremos presentar en este artículo un enfoque actual del proceder a seguir en estos casos. Igualmente presentamos un caso clínico un tanto atípico por la evolución del mismo, junto con una técnica de carga inmediata en material cerámico en lugar de usar la resina corno hemos venido realizando durante muchos años. Con ello se pretende estudiar si existen diferencias significativas entre ambos métodos en el resultado final de los tratamientos, en cuanto a sus componentes estético y óseo.

    Although we know as reactive before a traumatic dental injuries in the maxillary's zone with avulsion in any natural tooth, we want present in this article a current approach of the proceed to do this case.

    Equally we present an atypical clinical case because himself evolution, concurrently an immediate load technique with ceramic material as a replacement for using resin like we accomplishing through many years.

    With this one we intend study if exist significant differences between both methods and their ending consequences of treatments in their aesthetic and bony components.
