    De cara a las transformaciones y actuales efectos de la reforma laboral, ha sido objeto de investigación y estudio elaborar un análisis sobre la naturaleza, estructura y perspectivas del derecho sindical y del trabajo. En este sentido nos hemos avocado a profundizar en la regimentación neoliberal de dos ejes basilares: 1. La naturaleza y estructura del derecho sindical y del trabajo, reparando en la teoría relacionista de derecho del trabajo, soporte e inspiración del derecho individual del trabajo, desatendida al extremo con las reformas actuales; marco teórico que dio soporte a la instauración y régimen de la estabilidad absoluta del empleo a partir de la incorporación del trabajador a su trabajo. 2. Con apoyo de la premisa anterior, se estudia la depredación e inaudita pauperización de las condiciones generales de trabajo: de la jornada de trabajo, los días de descanso y vacaciones, el régimen del salario y la participación de utilidades, amén de las restantes prestaciones de los trabajadores.

    Looking to the present day transformations and effects on the labor reform that has been the subject of research and study to develop an analysis of the nature, structure and prospects of trade union and labor rights. In this sense, we have focused our attention in order to intensify the neo-liberal regimentation under two base axes: 1. The nature and structure of trade union and labor rights, considering the rationalist theory of labor law, support and inspiration of the individual labor law, underrated to the extreme subordinate to the current reforms; which gave theoretical support to the establishment and governance and the absolute stability of employment from the moment the worker incorporated into his work. 2. - In support of the above premise, we study the depredation and unprecedented impoverishment of the general conditions of the work: working shifts, rest days and holidays, the wage system and profit sharing, apart from the other employee benefits.
