    El trabajo que se presenta en este escrito es un proceso. El punto inicial del mismo es la afirmación de que es necesario hacernos la pregunta «¿quiénes somos?» y esperar hasta descubrir la respuesta. En segundo lugar, se indica que dicha pregunta y su respuesta son el fundamento de la existencia. Por último, se cierra el proceso con la aseveración de que el interrogante «¿quiénes somos?» y el propio conocimiento que despliega hasta hallar la respuesta es la verdadera transformación interna y externa.

    The work appearing in this article is a process, the starting point of which is the affirmation that we have to ask ourselves «Who are we?» and wait until we discover the answer. Second, it is indicated that the question and the response to it are the foundation of existence. Finally, the process ends with the assertion that the question «Who are we?» and the knowledge marshalled to find the answer is the real internal and external transformation
