Resumen de Modelat socio-familiar i consum de drogues legals. Implicacions preventives

  En aquest treball presentem un estudi sobre les opinions, percepcions i actituds d'una mostra de 345 alumnes d'Educació Primaria (8-12 anys) relacionades amb el consum de tabac i alcohol. L'objectiu és conèixer en quina mesura l'àmbit familiar modela només conductes, sinó també creències i actituds, com influeix aquest modelat global en els seus comportaments de consum posteriors i quines conseqüències preventives podem extraure.

  Les dades suggereixen la presencia de diferents patrons de modelat socio-familiar, segons quina siga la substancia consumida (és a dir tabac o alcohol) o la variable sexe implicada.

  Es conclou que la prevenció cal iniciar-la en el medi socio-familiar i durant l'etapa infantil. Altrament, l'eficácia de les mesures preventives posteriors es vorá seriament compromesa.

  At the present work it is researched on perceptions, opinions and attitudes among a sample of 345 "Education Primaria" pupils (8-12 year old) related with tobacco and alcohol abuse. Our aim is to know to what extent the familiar atmosphere not only shapes behaviours but also beliefs and attitudes, how to it influences that global modelling in their behaviours of nest consumption and what preventive consequences we can take out.

  The data suggest the presence of different features of socio-familiar modelling depending of the substance (alcoholic drink or tobacco) or the variable sex that it is implied.

  It is concluded that prevention must start out in the socio-familiar household and at earlier ages. On the contrary the efficacy of the preventive measures will be seriously endangered.
