  • The article reflects on the provisions of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act and informs that the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) is preparing for a study examining the potential financial reporting requirements that can be eliminated from the JOBS act. It includes the views of the Chairman of SEC Mary Jo White on the need of the study and some of the provisions of the act which require amendment according to her.
