El artículo presenta el pano- rama de la justicia social en México y los procedimientos para la protección del mismo a través de los diversos or- denamientos jurídicos nacionales e inter- nacionales. Los temas abordados son: la protección por medios jurisdiccionales y no jurisdiccionales de los derec hos de la justicia social en la realidad mexicana; la pro- tección a través del Pacto Internacional de Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Cultu- rales de 1966; la protección a través del sistema interamericano de protección de los derechos humanos; las acciones colectivas en relación con el interés legítimo; y la afectación a la economía del país, causado por la existencia de las crisis económicas

The article presents the panorama of social justice in Mexico and the procedures for the protection of it through the varied national and international legal systems. The topics considered are: the protection of social justice rights through jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional means within the Mexican actuality; their protection through the 1966 International Covenant on Economical, Social and Cultural Rights; their protection through the Inter-American System of Human Rights;
collective actions related to legitimate interest; and the impact to the country�s Economy, caused by the existence of financial crisis
