Resumen de Interpretación y análisis en los sueños de personas invidentes y sus particularidades sensoriales

  Debido a que se han realizado muy pocas investigaciones relacionadas a los sueños de invidentes, el presente trabajo de investigación surge como una iniciativa por conocer la forma en que las personas invidentes experimentan sus sueños, ya sea con o sin imagen; y también determinar si existe una relación entre la aceptación o negación de la invidencia y la percepción visual o sensorial de los sueños de personas carentes de la vista. Se hace un acercamiento a investigaciones Freudianas, las cuales expresan que para entender el significado del sueño se le debe relacionar con las experiencias que se han vivido, ideas relacionadas a investigaciones complementarias de Tedlock y Lewis quienes aportaron gran conocimiento al decir que los sueños son una modalidad de alcanzar los deseos más íntimos. Estas teorías psicoanalíticas sirven como base para destacar algunos significados de los sueños presentados en individuos participantes en éste trabajo. Uno de los resultados más importantes que los individuos invidentes mostraron, es la similitud ante el hecho de que el aceptar su ceguera se vea reflejado en sus sueños. Sin importar el lugar de origen, todos los sujetos sueñan de acuerdo a la percepción de su entorno. Invidentes de nacimiento perciben los sueños de manera sensitiva resaltando formas y texturas, mientras que aquellas personas que perdieron la vista lo hacen de manera visual.

  A small number of investigations related to the dreams of blind people have been made. This research work has risen as an initiative to know how blind people dream, with images or without them, and also to determine if there is a relationship between the acceptance or rejection to the fact of being blind and the visual or sensorial perception of blind people dreams. This research encloses an approach to Freud�s theories, who suggested that dream symbols should be interpreted by looking to the past of the dreamer. This is complemented by Tedlock and Lewis who mentioned that dreams could represent memories that correspond to our inner thoughts and wishes. These psychoanalytic theories are used in this work to understand and find the meaning of the dreams of the blind participants. One of the most important results was that the acceptance of the blindness is reflected in the blind people dreams. Despite the background of the person, they would dream according to their own environment perception. Those who are blind from birth have dream experiences based on senses except sight; they express their dreams in terms of shapes and textures, while those who lost their sight at a certain age, dream visually.
