La limitación de la ultraactividad legal del convenio está provocando, y va a seguir provocando, problemas jurídicos interpretativos muy importantes. En el presente estudio se van a analizar los posibles efectos de este cambio normativo y las diferentes interpretaciones al respecto, partiendo de los supuestos que conocemos y sobre los que hay más o menos consenso y analizando brevemente el derecho comparado de Alemania, Francia e Italia.

The limitation ol' the legal ultraactivity of the collective agreement is causing, and will continue to cause, important interpretive legal problems. In the present study are to analyze the potential impact of this regulatory change and different interpretations on the matter, based on the cases that we know and about which there is more or is less agreement and briefly analyzing comparative law in Germany, France and Italy.
