    A pesar de que han sido varias las voces que han reclamado para sí la autoría del baile por tarantos, todo parece indicar que fue creación de la genuina Carmen Amaya. En este artículo revisamos datos y fechas que, de manera tozuda, apuntan en esa dirección.

    Although several voices have claimed the authorship of the dance “por tarantos”, there is every indication that it was a creation of the genuine Carmen Amaya. In this article we are revising information and dates which point in that direction.
