  • The article focuses on Rwanda which the World Bank called as the fastest reforming nation in the world. It notes that the Washington Consensus has informed many of Rwanda's policies with good fiscal and monetary outcomes and stable exchange rate. Rwandans have also worked on additional things such as building specialized infrastructure to support gourmet coffee and gorilla tourism, placing a good broadband infrastructure and cleaning the street and removing brush from waterways
