    Este estudio debería abordar el análisis de las sentencias dictadas en aplicación del principio de igualdad de trato y oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres por el Tribunal Constitucional el año 2012.

    Pero tales resoluciones son virtualmente inexistentes, por lo que el estudio se centrará en el estudio de la sentencia más relevante en este terreno que ha producido el Tribunal Constitucional en el primer trimestre del año 2013.

    This study would have to tackle the analysis of judgments dictated in application of the principle of equal treatment and opportunities between women and men by the Constitutional Court of Justice of Spain during the year 2012. But such resolutions are virtually nonexistent, by what the study will centre in the study of the most notable sentence in this terrain that has produced the Constitutional Court in the first quarter of the year 2013
