Desde otros contextos, se apuesta por un sistema científico-tecnológico más plural y con intereses policentrados.

    The objective of this article is to discuss with a text of Perez Cazares. Its development was based on the analysis of the contribution of the author, who seems to assume the globalization and the centrality in the scientific-technologic system.
