Resumen de Costituzionalismo liberaldemocratico e dignità imposta

Gladio Gemma

  • The Author maintains that human dignity, which is rightfully protected by constitutional and international law, cannot be sustained to the point of being in contrast with individual self-determination, as this would be inconsistent with the principles of liberal-democratic constitutionalism. Therefore, rules or measures that impose or prohibit any behaviour in the name of the individual's own dignity should be considered as illegitimate.
