  • Resumen
    • Wildly conflicting estimates about how much consumers will pay for health insurance through the Affordable Care Acts (ACAs) insurance exchanges next year reflect politics and the complexity of the insurance market, according to health economists and insurance experts convened by the Alliance for Health Reform for a panel discussion in mid-August. The panel explained the myriad factors that will influence premium rates in the exchanges and offered assurances that fears about rate shock may be overblown.
