    Con el presente artículo vamos a tratar varios aspectos que, aparentemente, son independientes pero que, como veremos, están íntimamente ligados, como son el problema de la vivienda y el nacimiento del movimiento asociativo vecinal, puesto que no podemos entender cómo se desarrolló la principal asociación de vecinos de la ciudad �y con ella el propio movimiento en Valladolid� sin comprender la importancia de la lucha judicial y extrajudicial del barrio de la Rondilla por la dignidad de sus viviendas. Un artículo que no ha podido completarse con la documentación judicial, que podría haber esclarecido ciertos aspectos, por las trabas que nuestra legislación pone al al acceso de este tipo de fuentes.

    In this article we will discuss some aspects that seem to be independent but, as we will see, are closely linked, such as housing problems and the origin of neighbourhood associations. We cannot comprehend how the leading neighbourhood association of the city developed and with it, the movement in Valladolid without understanding the importance of the judicial and extrajudicial fight in the neighbourhood of Rondilla for the honour of their homes. This article has been unable to complete with the legal papers, which might have clarified certain aspects, because of the obstacles that our national legislation has in the accessto this type of sources.
