    El presente artículo analiza si la normativa creada por las Instituciones de la Comunidad Andina de Naciones -en adelante CAN-, especialmente, en materia de Propiedad Intelectual y Contrato de Seguro -Póliza Andina- pueden hacer parte de las fuentes de la nueva Lex Mercatoria, partiendo de los primeros resultados de Investigación obtenidos en el Proyecto La Globalización del Derecho Privado, promovido por la GTZ en convenio con la Universidad Santo Tomás

    This paper examines whether the rules established by the institutions of the Andean Nations Community -CAN in Spanish-, especially in Intellectual Property and Contract-Insurance matters -Andean Policy- may be part of the sources of the new Lex Mercatoria, starting with the first results obtained in the research project Globalization of Private Law, sponsored by the GTZ in partnership with the Universidad Santo Tomas.
