Resumen de Homo Ludens: Análisis hermenéutico del juego en dos pinturas de Antonio Lazo

El propósito del trabajo fue analizar la representación del juego en la obra pictórica de Antonio Lazo a partir del enfoque hermenéutico Gadameriano (1975/1984). Los objetivos específicos: dilucidar el juego como actitud creadora en el artista y estudiar las variantes lúdico-expresivas de las obras: Guerrero a Caballo II (1989) y Caballo y Jinete de Cabeza (1989).
Se realizó un estudio documental de la producción artística de Lazo en la década de los noventa, a fin de seleccionar las obras de investigación.
Posteriormente, se realizaron los análisis plásticos de las mismas, con el propósito de determinar las variantes lúdico-expresivas. La importancia del estudio reside en la profundización de los elementos teóricos que explican las prácticas artísticas y amplían el horizonte de la crítica venezolana. La obra de Antonio Lazo constituye una referencia importante y de gran valor iconográfico para la cultura nacional.

The purpose was the analysis of the representation of the game in the painting of Antonio Lazo from a Gadamerian hermeneutic point of view (1975/1984). The specific objectives: Clarify the game as the creative attitude in the artist, and study the playing-expression of his art work: Warrior on Horseback II (1989) and Horse and Rider Head (1989). Documentary study was made of the artistic production of Lazo in the decade of the nineties, to select the artwork for research; then, the analysis of the selected artwork was made with the purpose of determinate the Recreational - expressive variants in the artwork. The importance of this research rest in the profunditation of the theoretical elements that explains the Venezuelan artistic production and amplifies its critic horizon.
The artwork of Antonio Lazo comprises an important reference of great iconographic value for the national culture.
