    Comunidades Autónomas españolas en el ordenamiento jurídico-institucional de la Unión Europea. Aborda la temática en el marco de los denominados Estatutos de Autonomía de última generación. El estudio de la cuestión se realiza analizando los nuevos Estatutos de Autonomía de Andalucía, Valencia, Cataluña, Castilla y León, Baleares, y Aragón; así como los proyectos que finalmente no vieron la luz de Canarias y Euskadi.

    The aim of this paper is to contribute to the study of evolution in the incorporation of Spanish autonomous communities in the institutional system of the European Union. It addresses the theme within the framework of the so-called autonomy statutes of last generation. The study of the issue is carried out by analyzing the new Statute of autonomy of Andalusia, Valencia, Catalonia, Castile and Leon, the Balearic Islands, and Aragon; as well as projects which did not finally saw the light of Canary and Basque country.
